MBI Systems Corporation is a growing, healthy, experienced Information Technology Consultancy providing quality software solutions since 1988. We're a little bit different though. And we're looking for a few clients that are a little bit different, too.

Next, the billing clock doesn't start ticking until the project is defined and objectives are clear. In most cases we don't charge for design. That means we'll look at your project, talk to your people, analyze your data, and spend the time it takes to engineer a solution. You'll get a clear quote that you can approve or turn down before you spend the first dime.
When do you need it? We ask because the answer matters. If you need it yesterday, we'll do what it takes to make it happen. We can't work every project on a crash basis, but we understand that some projects need to get moved to the head of the line. And you understand that our other clients have some of these come up from time to time.
Where are you located? We provide onsite service within the Dallas / Fort Worth area. Outside of that area, we’re happy to travel to your location if you pay the expenses; however, you might be surprised to learn how much we can save you and what we can do for you using our remote support tools.
Is your system down? You are our top priority. A client with a down system automatically moves to the top of the stack.

Getting value for the money you invest in technology is important. You want to work with professionals and you’re willing to pay professional rates. (Our top rate is as high as the next guy's, though all of our long-term clients pay less).
As a SalesLogix client, you are not likely to be an out-of-the-box implementation. We can do that kind of work, but where we really shine is in customization. When we make a system meet the unique needs of your business, the system fits you and is more valuable to you. So whether it's customized modules for SalesLogix, an integration with your Website, or data import/export from another system, you're likely to need programming that is unique to you.
As a Network Services client, you are likely to need ongoing, onsite support. While we’re capable of coming in to solve a technical emergency, that’s no substitute for solid planning and a quality infrastructure.
You'll also be comfortable with a simple design process. Some companies use a very structured design process, and some need it. But that process comes at a cost. One of our clients tells of working with a competing consulting company where every simple change he needed resulted in a meeting or phone call with four or five different people. First the salesperson, then the business analyst, next the product manager, with some follow-up questions from the programmer ... and all of them were charging him $175 an hour. We don't work that way. You call, we quote, you approve, and it gets done.
Since we have a win-win relationship, you're committed to taking care of us as we take care of you. So our invoices to you get paid quickly and if there's a problem, we both deal with it up-front and honest.
